Orlando Engagement Inspiration
We didn’t let the rain stop us! The Portofino Bay Hotel in Orlando, Florida is such a gorgeous location for engagement photos and you can’t beat the Italy vibe. There are so many spaces throughout the hotel to really have fun with an engagement session and sunset at our harbor provide the perfect opportunity to make romantic portraits.
Erin and Corey are so fun, and I can not wait for their wedding in Downtown Orlando at the Orchid Garden. Here are some of our favorite from the day. See you soon you two!
How gorgeous is this archway?
Can we talk about her gorgeous red hair!
Disney Boardwalk Orlando Engagement
We had such a blast photographing Brandon & Emily engagement session at Disney’s Boardwalk last week – we love us some Disney!!! The session was amazing and this couple was the absolute cutest! Disney really does bring out the playful inner child in everyone and it was only fitting that they chose Disney’s Boardwalk as the backdrop for creating more happy memories. From one side of the Boardwalk to the other we had a blast capturing these memories.
We cannot wait for their wedding – it’s going to be epic! Congratulations to the happy couple!
Those eyes!!! They are just ridiculously adorable- so much love in the air!!!!
Disney Boardwalk Engagement
Who loves a Disney Boardwalk Engagement session??? Me Me Oh Oh pick ME! I am so looking forward to Cora and Miguel’s wedding this coming June. Here are a few of my favorites from the day. I am so in love with their outfits it was perfect for the setting. I also love the smells that they pipe onto the Boardwalk. Mmmmm apple piiiiiie!
I don’t know what I’m in love with more…Her sparkly nails or her sparkly engagement ring. Or that necklace. Maybe the suspenders…
In the great words of Goofy “Gwarsh!” they are too cute!! I’m now thinking that a tulle skirt needs to be my everyday staple outfit.
How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
Disney Magic Kingdom Engagement Session
All the way from New Jersey, Aurora (hello she already has a princess name!!!) and JJ, are huge fans of the mouse. Like an Evil Queen* I made them trek all through Magic Kingdom and here are some of my favorite shots. Wishing these two a very magical marriage!
I’m pretty sure she’s found her Prince Charming and he his Princess. They are so in love and you can even feel it just from the way they adoringly look at each other.
Even the castle animals are giggling and happy over this engagement.
While waiting for my couple I caught the very rare Mickey and Minnie in front of the castle on the balcony welcoming all the guests to the park. SO FUN and so happy that I get to do this!
If you’d like to book a magical engagement with Tabitha Photography click here for the contact form. I look forward to hearing from you.
*I refuse to apologize for the horrible puns or Disney inspired references.
Lake Eola Engagement Session
Oh predictable Florida, it rained the whole session. The whole dang session. You’d never know with the love and smiles on Melissa and Matt’s face. I think I am going to try to do more engagement sessions in the rain. First off less people to ooh and ahh over the cute couple while they canoodle for photos around Lake Eola. Secondly the ominous blue sky is gorgeous and added a lovely dramatic look. I can not wait for their wedding in March it’s going to be fabulous!
How cute are these kids? They are going to be the most adorable flower girls. They were perfect little models and played along with all my shenanigans. I can’t wait to catch up with them again at the wedding.
I love Lake Eola! It’s located in Orlando (Florida) so it always has the perfect metro skyline available from any angle. Unfortunately the infamous swans were in hiding, they must be camera shy. Everytime I had them in my sights they ducked away at the last second *sigh* next time guys I’ll get cha!
“Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction.”
When your client asks if you are available to do an engagement session in Lake Como, as in ITALY, you say YES. Then do a little happy dance in your office when you’re sure you’ve hung up the phone. I cannot say enough about this amazing power couple and this amazing Italian location. The Villa del Balbianello has been home to movies like Star Wars and Casino Royale. I’m still trying to figure out why John Legend didn’t call me to shoot his wedding at this amazing location. And no, I did not run into George Clooney, not that I didn’t have my eyes peeled for him. Of all the places in the world I have been I have to say this was probably the most breathtakingly beautiful of them all. Make sure to linger a bit on the ivy that was sculpted around the pillars, as the Villa is famous for their elaborate terraced gardens. That’s some next level creativity! Here are just a few of my favorites from the Italy journey 🙂
