New York City Bridal Fashion Week Recap
If you didn’t know how much time, effort and thought went into what kind of dresses a store will carry let me tell you without hesitation, ALOT! Three days of running from appointments to appointments and below is my recap of some up coming trends and what the Fall 2018 bridal fashion will look like. A huge thank you to Solutions Bridal for having me run all over NYC with you 🙂
Ines Di Santos – Lots of detachable parts from Ines coming next Fall. From the capes to the skirts, bow and even sleeves.
Lella Rose– Aside from the amazing new ear pieces they are going to start selling I LOVE their style. The lace, the pearls, the beautiful floral patterns.
Monique Lhuillier– Sophisticated Elegance is in store for the new season
Rivini– Modern elements with feminine touches
Hayley Paige Dress Picnic Wedding
I have drove by this open field probably a million times and have always wanted to do a photo shoot. We picked the perfect day and the perfect Hayley Paige wedding dress.
I have always wanted to photograph a simple picnic wedding. Picnic basket, naked cake, wine and some wildflowers is how I envision it would look. Close friends and family sitting next to each elbow to elbow, laughing and just really loving the time together.
Can’t you see a bride a groom sitting here enjoying their day!
I love naked cakes so much!!

Strawberry Styled Shoot
What’s finer than strawberry wine? Well, obviously it would be a collaboration between myself and some of my favorite vendors on this strawberry styled shoot! Sorry for the strawberry wine ear worm 😉 This styled shoot was filled with vintage charm, shabby chicness and of course strawberry inspiration. The vintage inspired stationery by Feathered Heart Prints had pops of red and was topped off with a golden wax seal. Make sure you nosh your way to the end so you can see all the wonderful vendors that had a huge hand in making this styled shoot a juicy reality.
Hi, yes. So can we take a moment to appreciate the grandness of the floral design? He’ll never admit it but I’m pretty sure that Lee Forrest is a flower god. His power is wielding breath taking bouquets and cake accoutrements. Take that Zeus and your puny thunderbolts.
Neither rain, sleet nor snow…Who am I kidding sleet or snow just might stop this Florida girl but rain? Rain is just lovely and quite lucky on your wedding day.
One of the top trends this year is naked cakes. Also known as a deconstructed cake. They’re still just as delicious as their fondant coated brethren but the bonus is you get to see all the delectable layers! Berries and flowers are a perfect and show stopping topper for this naked beauty by the ever so talented stuff from Cut The Cake.
Eagle Creek Golf Club has the most amazing shabby chic rope swing on their property. It was the perfect prop for this AMAZING bejeweled wedding dress.
Another design by Feathered Heart Prints, those strawberries on the table marker look sweet enough to eat!

Four Seasons Orlando Wedding
In case you missed all the buzz earlier this month Central Florida Celebrations magazine just launched their latest issue “Black Tie Affair: A decadent debut at the Four Seasons”. Oh boy decadent it was!! Myself, along with a bevy of amazing vendors shot the cover at the always classy and luxurious Four Seasons Orlando.

I feel like this image would look great on a Lana Del Rey album. Hey Lana call me we can talk.
Pure vintage Hollywood Glam. If Florida wasn’t practically located on the sun and my makeup wouldn’t slide off my face the minute I step outside from the
heat humidity, then I would totally wear my makeup like this everyday.
Normally I hate it when people say “I can’t even!” because I’m sure you can. I get it now. I understand. Because this gorgeous model and that insanely cute pup I CAN’T EVEN!!!
I see a hidden Mickey how about you!?
I may have contacted a couple of interior designers about getting stunning chandeliers like these in my home stat.
Swiss dot is perhaps my favorite patter of all time. Don’t be alarmed when you see me taking a casual stroll down the street in this veil. The real trick will be having someone walk behind me with a spotlight so I’m perfectly backlit at all times.
I cannot get enough of the place settings. Those chairs with the contrasting black and white with cutout designs. So pristine! Let’s talk about the flatware for a second. The GOLD flatware. It’s as if the flatware showed up and said “Sorry napkin holders and gilded plates, I came to win today” and win they did.
